Client Experience Manager

Michelle is the Client Experience Manager for the JD Bowen Financial Group. Michelle brings an extensive background in office administration, organizational management, and customer service to our practice. She has the skills to serve our clients efficiently and it is her professional goal to maintain the highest possible standards of service.

Michelle graduated from Eastern Florida State College, earning a degree in Organizational Management. As our Client Experience Manager, Michelle will continue to ensure that even our youngest clients receive seamless, quality service throughout their lifetime.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys going to the beach, taking care of her dog Piper and leopard gecko Roscoe, and trying new foods. Her family is from Long Island, New York, but she and her brother were born and raised here in Melbourne.
